Teicoplanin (TEC) is commonly used to treat pulmonary infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria, which are the most prevalent pathogens in intensive care units (ICU). Due to the variability in TEC's plasma concentration, influenced by factors such as daily dose and underlying diseases, there is a need for a personalized prediction tool to assist clinicians in guiding TEC plasma concentration administration for ICU patients with pulmonary infections. The tool is developed based on machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
